The transfer of ownerships for .AM/.ՀԱՅ domains follow the terms set by the "RA Internet society" (which coordinate the .AM and .ՀԱՅ TLDs)

According to the "Internet society's" terms, an ownership change is regarded as a new registration, thus the new holder has to renew the domain for a full year. This applies even if the new company belongs to the same person.

To transfer the ownership of a domain, all you need to do is fill out an application!

  1. Access the template we have created here.

  2. Fill out the template and send a copy to the following e-mail address: [email protected]

  3. Attach a valid ID document scan or photo.

  4. If the domain is owned by a company, the application should be signed by the CEO and stamped.

Please note, that if a non-existent person or company is or becomes the owner of the domain, it will be impossible to claim ownership of the domain in the future.
